Ticket Offences
The number of bylaws has been increased to enable more efficient and effective enforcement of City during the 2010 Winter Games. The proposed fines for the tickets will be $250 except for offences related to the Fire By-law which will be $500, the current lowest fine provided under that bylaw.
The following table lists the by-laws for which temporary ticketing power is proposed.
